Back in June, I asked for prayers to see my brother through his fight with lung cancer. A mighty warrior he was, taking the worst they could give him. He enjoyed his last few months with his family despite the treatments. Please continue to pray for his wife, Sandy and their children: Michael, Mandi and Elly. And for my mom. She will bury another child this week. No mother should have to endure this pain.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is hard to find the perfect words for consolation as often there aren't any. Know that you are bathed in prayer, and I will especially uphold your mother and your brother's family too.

Prayers for all of you. I know how difficult it is to lose a sibling, even more difficult to watch your parent lose a child. May God's peace and love surround and sustain during these sad days.
